PROJECTS:
- Representation of Client's interests in the Moscow Arbitration Court under a lawsuit for the reimbursement of loss against the management of Promsvyazbank PJSC in the amount of RUB 282 bln.
- Representation of interests of a Group company (Client), who issued bonds for an amount of over RUB 17 bln, in the dispute related to debt recovery by a representative of bond owners within the bond issue.
- Defense against the challenging of a marriage contract between the Client and its wife by a large bank. The cost of the property (shares and participation interests in companies, real estate, works of art, etc.) distributed under the marriage contract: RUB 5 bln.
- Representation of interests of a high-ranked executive of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in a dispute over protection of honour, dignity, and business reputation against several website owners, including the owner of a widely popular website www.compromat.ru, and against Google Inc. (USA).
- Protection of interests of a non-government pension fund in a dispute against one of the largest Russian mobile retailers and its beneficial owner in the territory of Russia and the Netherlands. The amount claimed by the fund exceeded RUB 2.5 bln.
- Representation of interests of a leader of the China's automotive industry in bankruptcy proceedings of a Russian dealer with a claimed amount exceeding RUB 3 bln.
- Representation of interests of a Private Person (1) in a case over the Debtor's bankruptcy under a separate dispute over the invalidation of the agreement of sale and purchase of a share in the authorised capital of the company, and (2) in a case over the Debtor's bankruptcy under a separate dispute over bringing the Private Person to subsidiary liability. The amount of subsidiary liability and the cost of a share in the authorized capital of the company: RUB 3.65 bln.
- Representation of interests of the largest Russian aviation holding in a dispute against the Ministry of Defence of Russia for the recovery of over RUB 0.6 bln.
- Representation of interests of a Russian production company and its top management in a bankruptcy case and in corporate disputes against the majority shareholder (Federal Agency for State Property Management) and other shareholders.
- Representation of interests of a Russian sportsman in the Sports Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia in a case over the disqualification for taking illicit substances.
